We currently accept enquiries by company email. New submissions through the website form are disabled. Names, business contact details, company information and project details in your email are used to reply and follow up. An enquiry does not create a newsletter or automated marketing subscription.

Hosting and service providers
Vercel hosts this website. Neon PostgreSQL supports the private sales records, and Namecheap Private Email handles company email. New website form submissions are disabled. These services may process data outside Türkiye. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses and browser information. Contact the company for information about its services and transfers.

Cookies and technical records
A preference cookie remembers your language for one year. Vercel's country information can select the language on a first visit; we do not keep a separate IP record for this choice. Administrator sign-in uses session cookies. This website has no advertising or visitor analytics code. Only the authorised administrator can access sales records.

App data, KVKK and GDPR
This marketing site does not collect Apple Health data, calories or step counts. Personal tracking in the employee app is a separate service, with its own privacy information and permission controls before use.
Personal tracking and budgets stay separate.
Individual calorie and step records do not appear in the HR health report.
In supported iPhone setups, Apple Health step reading requires the employee’s permission. Daily totals are processed on the application server. Individual calorie and step entries are not shown in the HR health summary; the name and amount of an applicable incentive can appear in spending records.
Health settings include controls to turn tracking off and to withdraw health consent and delete the related data.
Privacy, KVKK and GDPR
Tracking and contributing to a company aggregate are separate choices. The installation’s privacy notice explains processing conditions and rights under applicable KVKK and GDPR rules.

Where is data stored?
MoiPass customer application data is stored in Türkiye for customers in Türkiye and in Germany for customers in the EU.
An on-premises installation is also an option. We agree the infrastructure, maintenance responsibilities and cabinet connections with your team.
